about

Noah Radley is a percussionist, guitarist and sound artist from Bristol, UK, who also runs the Elastic Furniture label. Having released their debut album, 'Devoid of a Contact or Contextual Clues' on March 24th 2023, an album of choral vocal drones and long tape loop explorations, they are now diving head first into the world of acoustic guitars. Taking inspiration from the likes of Steve Gunn, Grouper and The Carter Family, these 2 songs show the start of the next phase of their personal ambient music discovery.

Track 1, 'restlessness' is a slice of moody dream pop akin to Roy Orbison if his microphone was soaked in reverb and delay, with Grouper playing his guitar parts.

Track 2 is the more freeform 'we thought time slowed down'. This track was recorded with Steve Gunn and David Moore's 'Let The Moon Be A Planet' and Bill Orcutt's 'Jump On It' in mind.
